Krishna Foods strives to provide the best quality food and service. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled once they have been sent for preparation. No refund will be provided after the order has been sent for preparation. The restaurant’s decision in this matter shall be final. Cancellation requests must be raised immediately after placing the order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items
  • Food quality issues reported immediately upon delivery

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delays caused by traffic or external factors
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
  • Partially consumed food

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway or platform used.

5. Platform Orders

For orders placed through third-party platforms such as Zomato or Swiggy, their respective refund and cancellation policies will apply.
